We cover 1/3 of the home care provision in Rossendale, this means we can offer our employees regular and consistent work that is ‘patched’ well, reducing travel wherever possible and giving clients a reliable service. This also allows us to offer flexible working patterns.
We offer a mentoring programme for the first 8 weeks of your new career and thereafter if needed by experienced staff who have all been with us for at least 10 years. We operate a ‘One Team’ philosophy and your mentor will guide and encourage you to engage with the company as though it was your own, we like our team to have their say.
